Charity and Fundraising Events
Our photography services are a fantastic addition to any fundraising event or charity night. Everyone has dressed up and looks gorgeous, so a professional photographer to record the event is essential.
WOW Photography may attend FREE OF CHARGE, and we also DONATE money to your event.
WOW photography ensure that they capture the memory of your charity or fundraising event using the latest studio and mini lab facilities. We are experienced, friendly and professional and will take fun and stylish images of the guests and they can choose the images that they really like; which are printed, mounted and presented instantly.
You won't be charged for our attendance and fully mounted prints cost just £10 on the night. WOW Photography are members of the MPA (Master Photographers Association) and have attended hundreds of charity and fundraising events, so you know you'll be getting the best.

Why should you choose WOW Photography to attend your charity or fundraising event ?

5 Free prints given as a raffle prize (to be used by one person or couple from your event and not different groups or individuals.

We will set up a professional studio with lighting, computers and a mini lab so that guests can select the images they like and take them home the same night.

Our equipment allows us to attend events from as little as 50 people to thousands. As our printer takes les than 30 seconds to print an image your guests will not have to be kept waiting and can enjoy their night instead queuing.

WOW Photography is run by Victoria and Ed and we do not take bookings and then send other people to do the job, it is our company and we love what we do and it shows in our work.

Our materials are the best available so your images will be the highest quality, you may purchase enlargements via our online viewing gallery 48 hours after the event.

We are members of the MPA (Master Photographers Association) so you can rest assured that you are in safe hands as you have to be a full time professional and great at what you do to be associated with them.
Make more money for your charity:
Usual print cost: £ 10.00 supplied in a black folder mount.
Why not add an extra £ 2.50 per print for your charity.
Or on our special offers of 3 prints for £ 20.00 add on an extra £ 5.00 to give to your charity.
You could also give your guests the option to donate as sometimes the extra cost can deter a guest to buy and donate at all. You could alternatively supply a donation box instead of adding to the print cost.
Also once we have sold 50 prints to the value of £ 10.00 per print you will recieve 10% of the takings thereafter ( a great incentive to promote and encourage as many guests to buy as possible.) which is made payable to you on the evening of the event.
Undoubtedly the best way to raise money for your charity is to include the print cost into your ticket pricr and we would be happy to offer you a reduced print price and you keep the extra cost i.e. you could add on an extra £ 7.50 or more per ticket for the print cost in which we would would have £ 6.00 and you would keep the difference hence raising £ 225 at the very least for your charity based on numbers of 15o guests.

WOW provide various options for you to choose for the coverage at your event, however if you would like to discuss any other ideas you may have we would be happy to discuss them with you.

When booking WOW Photography we reserve the right to be the only professional and main photographers of the event due to attending free of charge. WOW Photography would also make a surcharge of £ 150.00 should another professional photographer be taking photographs at the event making our booking no longer valid.
If the event is cancelled within a month of the official date then the £150 will still apply unless our services are re-booked for an alternative date.
If you cancel our services within 1 month the £150 will still apply as WOW Photography have turned work away to be part of your special event.
Terms and conditions
Please note that we are based in Leicestershire and travel all over the U.K to attend events. Whilst WOW include the total cost in their prices , a small fee may be applicable for travelling expenses outside of the midlands area. Please contact us for a bespoke price. Thank you.
